Important Compatibility DetailsThunderbolt 3 is a powerful new technology, and system manufacturers have substantial discretion in how they implement various technical elements and features. As a result, compatibility information is complex, and many currently available Thunderbolt 3 systems aren't compatible with our dual graphics adapters.To work as expected with our Dual DisplayPort Adapter, the host Thunderbolt 3-enabled system must meet the following requirements:System manufacturer must have physically routed two DisplayPort lines to the Thunderbolt 3 port. Currently only Thunderbolt 3 systems from Apple, Dell, HP, and Lenovo meet this requirement
Current Thunderbolt 3 host firmware ('NVM'), version 14 or higher. Some system manufacturers have not yet released updated compatible firmware
Requires updated system UEFI BIOS, Thunderbolt 3 drivers, and graphics (GPU) drivers from system manufacturer
Please note this adapter connects to monitors using the DisplayPort standard, which is different from HDMI. We do make a separate HDMI version of the adapter is available if connectivity to HDMI displays is needed.

櫻花盛開又降大雪 新潟再現「櫻吹雪」景象
日本各地櫻花，進入滿開期，正是春暖花開的時節，突然又來一波強烈寒流，日本各地氣溫驟降，東京降到只有13度，新潟櫻花剛開，又開始下雪，出現睽違已久的「櫻吹雪」景象。賞首選CP值爆表櫻的同時還能賞雪，櫻吹雪的奇特景象，近日就出現在日本北陸金澤，金澤相隔七年，4月又出現積雪。而東京櫻花美麗綻放，賞櫻勝地目黑川湧入遊客，搶著朝聖「平成最後賞櫻」，但氣溫卻降到只剩13度。記者：「我手上的溫度計，顯示著13度。」明明時序已經進入4月，全日本各地不只下雪，還開始出現積雪景像，因為強烈寒流盤據日本上空，讓日本氣溫驟降。記者：「就連新潟市也下起雪來，春天的花黃水仙，也和白雪共舞。」新潟縣不只山區飄著雪，連平地都變成了一片銀白世界，農民擔心大雪再下下去，會影響水仙球根的收成。新潟農民：「葉子一痛生長就會變糟，希望風不要再吹了。」新潟縣24小時雪就積了35公分，寫下4月史上最高紀錄，民眾出動鏟雪車除雪。新潟居民：「希望能快點變晴天，更像春天一點，下雪真的很困擾，雪已經積成這樣。」近期想到日本賞櫻的民眾，記得要多注意保暖。
中國勞工近半數加班 9成白領出遊得處理工作
中國人超時工作有多普遍？不同的報告顯示，中國勞動者超時工作率高達42.2%，製造業從業人員的超時工作率更高達58.8%；另外，多達88%的白領需要在旅行中處理工作。
陸媒每日經濟新聞報導，由中國社會科學出版社和內蒙古大學經濟管理學院等單位10日發布的一份有關時間利用調查研究報告顯示，2017年中國勞動者超時工作（淨工作時間大於8小時）相當普遍，超時工作率高達42.2%。
其中，非正規部門、低收入者、低學歷者、製造業從業者、生產製造及有關人員的超時工作尤為嚴重。製造業從業者超時工作率為58.8%。
這份報告是針對除新疆、西藏外的中國29個省市自治區1萬2471個家庭（3萬591名家庭成員）的時間利用資訊進行系統分析。
內蒙古大學經濟管理學院院長杜鳳蓮說，沒想到超時工作率會這麼高，而且不同行業、不同性別、不論教育水準高低，工作時間都非常長，「中國人的努力是全世界數一數二的」。
關於職場加班的情況，不同數據分析也可看出端倪。滴滴出行曾發布2016年度的排行榜，當時京東以晚上11時16分的平均下班時間，成為中國最「加班最狠」公司冠軍。
而高德地圖從城市交通數據分析，如今成為熱門話題的華為公司，以每天人均加班時間長達3.96小時，成為2016年度中國企業「加班王」。
哪怕是休假，不少中國人也還是在工作。螞蜂窩旅行網發布的「中國上班族旅行方式研究報告2017」曾指出，88%的白領都需要在旅行中處理工作。10%的受訪者表示要低調休假，絕不會告訴身邊的同事。46%的人會表現得相對謹慎，僅將要休假旅行的訊息分享給周圍關係親密的同事。
